FACILITIES

The yard has both an international-sized outdoor and indoor arena with training mirrors, silica sand and fibre surfaces which are harrowed daily, dressage boards and a set of show-jumps for each school.  The arenas are well-drained and watered daily in the summer.

We have a covered horse-walker, and a large lunge pen which is secluded and has the same surface as the schools.

There are two warm-water wash bays and solariums, and a laundry and drying room with an industrial washing machine.  The tack rooms are heated and secure and owners have dedicated saddle and bridle racks, racks for saddle pads, and small equipment storage boxes under the saddles in the tack rooms.  There are further separate rug rooms and additional equipment storage areas. 

Boxes are large, light and airy with rubber matting throughout.  Owners can also view their horses through webcams (via every platform) which are fitted to every stable.

There is also spacious lorry and trailer parking, including electric hook-up availability.

Owners also have their own dedicated facilities, with an owners’ kitchen, bathrooms, showers and further individual lockers.
